The fees outlined below reflect the time, preparation, and individualized attention dedicated to each child and family I care for. I am committed to providing a model of care that does not require a membership, retainer or package. I believe families should have the flexibility to pursue support as their needs evolve. As such, my practice is a fee-for-service model. I will certainly make recommendations, but you are ultimately the best advocate for your child and in control of their level of care.
Beginning Care
Getting to know your child begins well before we meet. This fee covers the time dedicated to reviewing your child's health history, intake forms, previous lab work, imaging, and relevant medical records in preparation for your initial consultation.
This preparation allows me to develop a more complete understanding of your child’s health before we meet, making our time together more focused, meaningful, and productive.
This nonrefundable fee is separate from the initial consultation fee and is required prior to scheduling your initial consultation.
Care Initiation • $175
Our initial consultation is an opportunity to discuss your child's history, current concerns, and health goals. We will explore potential root-causes and begin developing an individualized approach to care.
This dedicated time allows us to address all of your questions, discuss relevant findings, and identify meaningful and realistic next steps tailored to your child’s unique needs and your family’s goals.
My goal is that you leave our time together feeling heard, supported, and more confident about a path forward.
Initial Consultation • 60-75min • $375
Continuing Care
When new functional lab results are available, we'll review the findings together, discuss their relevance to your child’s health, and identify appropriate next steps. Following your visit, you will receive a written lab summary, an outline of recommendations, and a recap of our discussion to help you navigate next steps.
Lab Review Follow Up • 45min • $275
Ongoing care is an opportunity to check in on your child’s progress, address current challenges and concerns, answer questions, and adjust your existing care plan as needed. Following your visit, you will receive an appointment summary outlining discussion points and recommended next steps.
Regular Follow Up • 30min • $175
Some concerns deserve additional time and attention. This extended visit allows us to take a deeper look at more extensive lab findings, discuss complex health concerns, and explore individualized next steps in a supportive, unhurried setting.
These appointments may also be tailored to a wellness focused check-in, providing an opportunity to discuss general health, preventive strategies, and holistic approaches to wellness.
Extended follow-up appointments are available by request and will be scheduled in advance when additional time is appropriate.
